Initiating Services
Initiating services at Interwoven is different than other clinics due to the importance we place on a good match between client, family, environment, and therapist. Part of this is weighing the additional safety considerations that come with our clinic environment; we want to be good clinicians to our clients and also good stewards of our animals' welfare.
Here is the order of events:
1. Contact Interwoven Occupational Therapy.
2. Schedule a call with an Interwoven clinician to discuss services, program, and client needs.
3. Interwoven staff will send information on how to set up a client portal where client or parent/guardians can communicate with staff, sign necessary documents, and make payments.
4. Schedule intake visit where client and family will come to Interwoven's ranch based clinic to evaluate the appropriateness of fit between client, environment, family needs, and clinician.
